Coaching

The greatest need in every organization is the NextGen leader who understands people and can communicate meaningfully with them. With five generations in the workforce today, a transition in leadership is already underway. Developing NextGen leaders from individual contributors to People Leaders is vital to the performance of any team (succession, performance, attraction, retention, purpose, motivation, culture, behavior, etc). We want to help!

We have read and researched hundreds of leadership theories, interviewed leaders across the globe, analyzed statistical data, and have distilled People Leadership into three principles, four actions and an ever-expanding set of practical applications.

We can develop People Leaders who will align the beliefs of your organization to the behaviors. This will lead to measurable improved performance.

Consulting

We discover who your organization is by listening to you and your people. We listen for what is said and unsaid. In this discovery process we use a set of process proven tools to collect data that helps us extract accurate feedback before we start designing a plan.

Our tools use your organization’s Mission and Vision to build your Strategic Plan. Your organization’s Values create your culture. We help you assess those Values, determine where the problems are, and align everything with Clarity, so people can thrive.

We deliver a plan by bringing clarity, analytics, aha’s, and reports. We coach, teach, mentor, facilitate change, experiment, implement new ideas, and train. We deliver the plan and help you work the plan. Change is hard, but worth your time, when you have clarity about why, when, and how change is going to take place. We will help you continuously refocus on your Mission, Vision, and Values throughout delivery.

We map out and track the plan, make it scalable if needed, celebrate the wins and zoom in for a reassessment needed. We continue supporting you as needed, re-evaluate, think again or we say “you got this”, high-five, and “call us when you need us next”. Carry on.

Thrive25

Taking the pulse of your organziation

Thrive25™ is our own pulse survey and was developed out of the need for organizations to continuously gain employees’ views on subjects such as job-related roles, communication and relationships, and the overall work environment.

Our pulse survey consists of 25 linear-scale questions divided into six measurable segments (Individual, Workplace Environment, Organization, Executive Leadership, Immediate Manager, Relational/Peers). 

Each survey is customized around your organization by compiling questions from a pool of 200+ tested queries. 

Semantic studies and harnessing the power of AI

During our discovery process we deliver short open-ended questionnaires that are later semantically analyzed and correlated towards a set of standardized terms using the Davinci AI model. This AI model was trained to semantically analyze the answers, determining cause and effect by discovering common themes and concerns.
